A luminous Provence white from Rolle and Sauvignon Blanc. Delicate white-blossom and citrus aromas lead to a crisp, airy palate of pear and orchard fruit with a clean, silky finish. From an organic, HVE-certified, award-winning estate (Decanter 90 pts; Frankfurt Int’l Trophy Silver; Lyon Gold).

Château Favori is a certified-organic, High Environmental Value estate in Provence Verte, set at 300 meters within a natural amphitheatre of clay-limestone soils. The site shows farming since antiquity, Roman coins still surface, and the Favori name appears on Napoleon’s maps. Revitalized by the Pierson family in 2017, the domain farms for biodiversity: bee-friendly measures, grassed rows, disease-resistant varieties, five hectares of flowers, electric vehicles, and energy independence, with soil work guided by the Bourguignon family. Grapes are harvested at night and handled gently to preserve freshness; wines are vegan with low added sulphites. The flagship AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence “Château Favori” is a parcel-selection rosé crafted for purity and finesse, while the convivial IGP Méditerranée range offers excellent value and broad appeal. Favori’s wines now earn numerous medals and are shipped to more than twenty countries, carrying a warm, family-and-friends spirit from vineyard to table.
