Rooted in Normandy since the early 20th century, Domaine des 5 Autels is a family-run estate with a deep commitment to organic farming. Certified organic since 1967, they’ve passed down their values through four generations, creating exceptional artisanal ciders, perries, Calvados, Pommeau, vinegars, and apple juice.
Their 32 acres of orchards, nourished by the Muance River and cultivated using biodynamic practices, grow 15 varieties of heritage cider apples. Using the traditional “méthode ancestrale,” their ciders undergo natural bottle fermentation—no pasteurization, no added CO₂, and no sulfites. The result is a living cider, rich in aroma and complexity. From the vibrant freshness of young Calvados to the depth of 25-year-old reserves, every bottle reflects the family's dedication to purity, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
